Our Nursery Manager is Mrs Emma Dodds. Emma is a highly skilled and experienced member of the business. Emma has previously worked as Nursery Manager for Alphabet Yard in Ayr from 2023 and she holds the following qualifications:

• Working towards her BA in Childhood Practice

• HNC in Early Education and Childcare 

• Postgraduate with Distinction in Therapeutic Play Skills

• COSCA Certified 

• SSSC Registered 

• Full PVG Holder

• Paediatric First Aider

Emma has furthermore undertaken several other courses, including Risk Assessing childcare settings, fire safety and advanced child protection awareness.

Under Emma is 1 Senior Early Years Practitioner, 2 Early Years Practitioners and 2x Modern Apprentices.

 

All staff are hired via the "Safer Recruitment Through Better Recruitment” standards set out by SSSC and the Care Inspectorate.
